Screen mirroring assistant app download

I was bought this in order to use a whiteboard app to make teaching my math classes easier. I started out with the free trial and it worked fairly well occational disconnects. That sure didn't last. The mirroring never lasts for more than 5 minutes, and that is no exaggeration. I asked for a refund and I will update this review once I get my answer. I'm bracing myself for a torrent of useless suggestions for troubleshooting. Here's hoping that they just give me my well deserved refund so that I can forget the fact that I have wasted hours upon hours trying to make this useless app do what it is supposed to do.

This app started off just fine. I paid for the upgraded version and with recent apple updates QuickTime I can no longer use the app for the one work project I need. Screens shared on my computer go black when opened. The developer, Splashtop Inc. The developer will be required to provide privacy details when they submit their next app update.
